Peter Venkman, Ph.D of Ghostbusters

Dr. Venkman, played in the film Ghostbusters by William James Murray, was drawn in Adobe Illustrator. I haven't really used Illustrator that much for actual illustrations, but I'm pretty pleased with the final result.

Triggertown

Being unemployed in the design world I can do whatever I feel like. So in my spare time I created a poster for Triggertown. They are thee premiere bluegrass band in Lincoln, Nebraska with a wash basin string bass. Actually, I don't know of any others, but I have seen them live on the streets of Lincoln and they were incredible.

Here is their MySpace page.

And some photos from the performance I saw:

Oops

Forgot to post on Tuesday. I guess I'll shoot for five in a week. This doesn't count by the way.

Dr. Z - Final

I finished painting this yesterday. I don't think I want to add anything to the background, but I'm still debating it.

Magazine, Tambourine, Wolverine

I wanted to post this last Friday in conjunction with the release of X-Men Origins: Wolverine in theaters (which I really have no plan on seeing until it arrives on DVD), but I did not finish in time. I'm not 100% satisfied with it, but I'm going to post it anyway.

WALrusPAPER

Designed a background for my desktop today. You can use it as well for your personal use. It is formatted to fit a HD widescreen and if you can't figure out how to change it, you are just out of luck or it might look weird.

Abe in a Frame (Updated Frame)

I have slowly been working on this for a few weeks.

Abe's Been Framed - 'shopped

If you saw this post previous to April 1st you saw Abe in a different frame. I wasn't very happy with it so it has been changed.
